• 29.90 euros: basic fee plus additional fees as part of the registration, for example for technical modifications, the Feinstaubplakette (particulate emissions sticker), a Wunschkennzeichen (personalized number plate), etc. The production of the number plates is not a service provided by the Kfz-Zulassungsbehörde Berlin (Berlin vehicle registration authority).
