Legal entities that are in the process of being established (GmbH, AG) are required to submit their partnership agreement or statutes. • If applicable, certificate of instruction in accordance with the Infection Protection Act service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/324295/ only required for the manufacture, treatment or placing on the market of foodstuffs within the meaning of §§ 42, 43 of the Infection Protection Act.
