The fee is based on the Gebührenordnung für Maßnahmen im Straßenverkehr (fee schedule for road traffic measures) in its currently applicable version and amounts to 34.70 euros in the most favorable case. Please note that this fee may be higher depending on the individual case - this depends on the specific application submitted. Should the granting of an exception permit (Ausnahmegenehmigung) be necessary, separate fees apply for its issuance. The production of the licence plates is not a service provided by the Kfz-Zulassungsbehörde Berlin (motor vehicle registration authority). No information can be given about any separately incurred costs.
