The Berlin 1:5000 Map (K5) is a state map series developed and published by the Berlin districts on the basis of the Amtliches Liegenschafts-Kataster-Informationssystem (ALKIS Berlin) [Official Real Estate Cadastre Information System]. It is available in two graphic versions, as a colour edition and as a black-and-white edition. As part of the State of Berlin's geodata infrastructure, raster data (TIFF) is available for download via the geoservices of the Senatsverwaltung für Stadtentwicklung und Wohnen [Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing]. Geodata and metadata are provided via standardised interfaces.

• Obtain / apply for the Karte von Berlin 1:5000 (K5) [Map of Berlin 1:5000] Possible online, or you can submit an informal written application. • For the online service: The K5 data as raster data in both graphical versions are available for free download. • For the written application: Individually tailored digital output files as raster or vector data are available on request, subject to a fee, from the districts.

Fees

• None: for K5 data (for commercial and non-commercial uses) • €32.00 for each half hour or part thereof, for individual output files (TIFF, PDF, DXF, SHAPE) to be requested from the districts
