Please pick up the passport at the Bürgeramt (citizens' office) where you applied for it. Pickup is possible at all Berlin Bürgerämter without a prior appointment booking (Termin). Some locations optionally continue to also offer appointment booking. Newly naturalized persons who applied for their passport at Sellerstraße can pick up their passport at the "Bürgeramt Klosterstraße - Abholung von Dokumenten" (document pickup) location.
