Bodenrichtwert (standard land value) - information

Bodenrichtwerte (standard land values) are average location-based values for land, per square meter of property area. In Berlin they are determined annually for a majority of properties that largely correspond in their actual characteristics and legal circumstances, have essentially the same structure and location, and show an approximately equal price level at the time the standard land value is determined. Bodenrichtwerte are therefore based on typical conditions in individual areas (Bodenrichtwertzonen, standard land value zones). In built-up areas, Bodenrichtwerte are determined using the value that would result if the land were undeveloped.
