• Certification / registration service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/326199/ The civil partnership (Lebenspartnerschaft) is registered with Standesamt I (Registry Office I) in Berlin. • Entitlement to receive a copy (Empfangsberechtigung) Entitled to receive a copy are: civil partners; ancestors and descendants of the civil partners; and anyone who can credibly demonstrate a legal or legitimate interest in the issuance of the certificate. • For online applications: consent to the electronic payment procedure, or bank transfer If fees apply, you will receive a payment request by email at a later date.
