In connection with demonstrations, uses are often intended that are not covered by the right of assembly (e.g. information or supply stands). Such special uses (Sondernutzungen) can be approved by the Straßenbaubehörde (road construction authority). Important note: According to the established case law of the administrative courts, organisers of assemblies do not enjoy any special privileges with regard to special uses.
