• Specific marking, if applicable Depending on the case group, one of the following must be present: • a Schwerbehindertenausweis (severely disabled person's ID) with the marking "aG", "H" or "Bl", • a marking as a vintage vehicle (Oldtimer), • a marking as a doctor on emergency call-out, • a red dealer's licence plate, a short-term licence plate • or an EU parking permit. • Severely disabled persons with the marking "H" who do not receive a parking permit can instead apply for proof of exemption from the sticker requirement (under "Forms") This proof is valid in Berlin only.
