• Registration www.vollstreckungsportal.de/zponf/allg/willkommen.jsf If you have not yet registered, click on the heading "Registrierung" (Registration) to register. • Registration with identity card with eID function If you have a Personalausweis (identity card) with online identification function (eID), select the button "Registrieren mit neuem Personalausweis" (Register with new identity card). You will then be directed to the AusweisApp, which opens in a separate window. Please follow the instructions displayed there. • Registration without identity card with eID function Select the button "Registrierung Auskunft" (Registration for information). Fill in the required fields there. Registration is completed by clicking the "Speichern" (Save) button. You will receive an email confirming your registration, which also explains the further procedure. • Activation www.vollstreckungsportal.de/auskunft/allg/freischalten.jsf After successful registration, you will receive the activation number (PIN) in writing by post. This allows you to access the Schuldnerverzeichnis (debtor register) for the first time. • Reason for inspection Select "zur Auskunft über ihn selbst betreffende Eintragungen" (for information on entries concerning themselves) as the reason for inspection. • Later inspections www.vollstreckungsportal.de/zponf/allg/willkommen.jsf Once you are activated and have carried out the initial inspection, select the button "Anmeldung Öffentlichkeit" (Public login) for all later inspections, then the button "Anmelden" (Log in).

Users can carry out registration for the Zentrales Schuldnerverzeichnis (Central Register of Debtors) (online) and — after receiving the PIN by post — inspection in person at any Amtsgericht (local court) acting as the enforcement court.
