• Proof of full satisfaction of the creditor, or • Proof of the absence or lapse of the grounds for entry, or • Submission of an enforceable decision showing the annulment or temporary suspension of the entry order

The application for early deletion can be submitted at any Amtsgericht (local court). The Amtsgericht Mitte (Mitte Local Court), as the central enforcement court, is responsible for deciding on the early deletion.
