• Course completion certificate • Valid identity card or passport • Führungszeugnis (certificate of good conduct), document type "0" (certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority), service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/120926/ sent directly from the Bundesamt für Justiz (Federal Office of Justice) to the LAGeSo (State Office for Health and Social Affairs).
