Youth vocational assistance

Jugendberufshilfe (youth vocational assistance) is individual support from the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) at the transition "school to career" and is aimed at young people with, among other things: • No school-leaving qualification or a poor one • Difficult living circumstances • Family problems The support of the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) can be offered in the form of counseling and accompaniment. For example, as: • Outpatient youth vocational assistance • Career orientation • Career preparation • Vocational training and/or • Socio-pedagogically accompanied form of housing combined with a school or vocational education measure Jugendberufshilfe (youth vocational assistance) is granted by the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) upon application.
