• Report a claim You can submit the claim report online or informally in writing by post. • For online processing: the total size of your files must not exceed 30 MB. A single file may be no more than 20 MB. • Personal data • Who are you reporting a claim for? • Contact details (name, address) • Bank details • Details of the damage (amount and party responsible) • What is the (estimated) amount of the damage? • Who caused the damage? • How the damage occurred • When did the damage occur? • Where did the damage occur? • Detailed description of the damage • Evidence Photos of the damage, expert reports, invoices, cost estimates and other documents relevant to the damage • Please do not provide any sensitive data (e.g. medical reports).
