Requirements
• Commissioning of a translation
You must have been commissioned by the court or the investigating authority to translate a document. In addition, you must have carried out work within the scope of your assignment.
• Timely billing or application submission
Your claim to remuneration generally expires if it is not asserted within a period of three months with the court or the investigating authority that commissioned you.
The period begins when your translation is received by the body that commissioned you.
If your assignment ends prematurely, the period begins as soon as you have been notified of the premature termination.
