Submit the application in writing by post or fax, or hand it in in person:
• You will receive the application form together with the summons to the hearing, at the hearing itself, or afterwards from the responsible Geschäftsstelle (registry office). Please submit the fully completed application to the court.
• Certificate of attendance and payment order
