These must be reachable on foot from the business premises. • The parking spaces must be proven by corresponding rental/lease agreements with confirmation from the landlord/owner of the commercial use. • Only for companies that must be entered in the Commercial Register (Handelsregister), Register of Associations (Vereinsregister), or Register of Cooperatives (Genossenschaftsregister): • Certified copy of the entry – articles of association (Gesellschaftsvertrag) and application for entry/amendment in the Commercial Register • For a GmbH: additionally a list of shareholders • Documents proving the employment relationship(s) of the person(s) appointed to manage the business • Certificate from the Bezirksamt (district office) regarding the trade registration (Gewerbe-Anmeldung)
