Property - Applying for a market value assessment

After the application is submitted and the facts of the matter are examined, the responsible authority (zuständige Behörde) will inform you in full about the fees. Up to this point, no costs arise. The application is only processed after the application requirements have been reviewed and the assumption of costs confirmed. The fee (Gebühr) is generally in the four-figure range. • The fees depend on the legal form of the applicant and the responsible authority (Zuständigkeit). For the expert opinions of the Gutachterausschuss (expert committee), the fees are based on tariff items 7000 and 7001 of the Vermessungsgebührenordnung (surveying fees ordinance). • For internal administrative activities, billing is carried out in accordance with the regulations provided for this purpose.
