Sports funding - Apply for funding to support participation

• Eligible to apply are clubs or associations • Recognized sports organization gesetze.berlin.de/perma?j=SportF%C3%B6G_BE_!_3 The sports organization must • be recognized as worthy of funding by the member of the Senate responsible for sport, • have proper management, • be able to prove that the funds were used as intended. • Transparenzdatenbank Berlin (Berlin transparency database) transparenzdatenbank.berlin.de/ The sports organization must be registered in the State of Berlin's Transparenzdatenbank (transparency database). • Application deadline Published in the respective Ausschreibung (call for applications). • For online applications: activated online ID function (optional) service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/329833/ For this you need: • your electronic Personalausweis (identity card), Unionsbürgerkarte (eID card for Union citizens), or electronic Aufenthaltstitel (residence permit) (eAT), each with the online ID function (eID) activated, and your PIN, • an external card reader or a modern, NFC-enabled smartphone with an Android or iOS operating system • the "AusweisApp" software • For the disbursement request/proof of use: the Zuwendungsbescheid (grant notice) must already have been issued to you If you have received a Zuwendungsbescheid (grant notice), • you may begin the project and submit an application for Mittelabruf (disbursement of funds) • and, after completing the project, submit the Verwendungsnachweis (proof of use)

• Application for funding for participation (Förderung zur Teilhabe), request for disbursement of funds (Mittelabruf), or (interim) proof of use of funds (Verwendungsnachweis) You can submit the application either online or in writing by post. • For online applications: Please have all required documents and evidence ready to upload in the formats PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG. The total size of your files must not exceed 30 MB. A single file may be a maximum of 5 MB. • For online applications: Proof of identity (optional) • Please have your electronic identity card (Personalausweis), Union Citizen's Card (eID card), or electronic residence permit (eAT) ready, with the online ID function activated, along with your PIN. • Without identification via the online ID function, you must print out the completed form at the end, sign it, and send it to the authority. If the application is submitted by an authorized representative, it must additionally be signed by a person authorized to represent the applicant. • For the funding application: Information about the project • Project title, target group(s) and how they are addressed (e.g. cooperation with other bodies, activities on social media), project duration, contact person with contact details • Project description: objective(s) and the criteria for measuring whether they were achieved (success monitoring), initial situation, project process/timetable, project location(s), any cooperation partners and division of tasks, public relations measures (e.g. social media activities), sustainability/establishment of new structures • For the funding application: Financing plan State the amounts including value-added tax/sales tax (gross). If the project, or part of it, is eligible for input tax deduction, please state the expected VAT refund or VAT payment for the project under "Other". • Expenditure: freelance staff (Honorarkräfte), employees subject to social insurance contributions, training material, public relations, travel and transport costs, other costs, administrative lump sum • Income: participation fees, third-party funds and sponsorship, own funds, other income • For the (interim) proof of use of funds: Report on activities (Sachbericht) Project outcome, target group, additional explanations, necessity and appropriateness, promotion of women • For the (interim) proof of use of funds: Statement of accounts (Zahlenmäßiger Nachweis) List of actual expenditure and income. State the amounts including value-added tax/sales tax (gross). • For the final proof of use of funds (Schlussverwendungsnachweis): List of receipts (Belegliste) The list of receipts is a tabular overview listing the individual items of expenditure and income by type and in chronological order. For each payment, the list of receipts must show: the date of the payment/receipt of income, the recipient/payer, the reason for the payment, its assignment within the financing plan, and the individual amount in euros
