• Application for issuance of a carsharing badge for already registered carsharing vehicles Preferably submit the application online. Alternatively, you can also submit the application in person on site (with an appointment) or in writing by post, enclosing copies of the documents. • For online applications: Please have all required documents and evidence ready for upload in PDF or JPG format. A single file may be no larger than 4 MB. • Note: If the vehicle is not yet registered, you can apply for the carsharing badge together with the registration. • List of vehicles If the application covers several vehicles, please list the vehicles in a document and send this along as an attachment. • Handelsregisterauszug (commercial register extract) service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/327144/ This must show that carsharing is the company's business purpose. • Declaration that the vehicle is a carsharing vehicle of a carsharing provider Informal declaration by the management that the vehicle is a carsharing vehicle within the meaning of § 2 No. 1 CsgG (Carsharinggesetz — Carsharing Act) and that your company is a carsharing provider within the meaning of § 2 No. 2 CsgG. • AGBs (general terms and conditions) and contract terms of your company
