Innungsverband (guild association) - apply for approval of the statutes

The Landesinnungsverband (state guild association) is a legal entity under private law. It acquires legal capacity upon approval of its statutes. The statutes and any amendments to them must be approved by the supreme state authority of the federal state in which the Landesinnungsverband has its registered seat. Procedure • Submit an informal application for approval of a statute or statute amendment to the responsible authority, if the main seat is located in Berlin. • The application is reviewed; if necessary, you will be contacted with queries or asked to submit additional documents. • Once the review is completed, you will be informed of the result. If the review is positive, the responsible authority will send you an approval notice (Genehmigungsbescheid).
