The "GründerinnenBONUS" (Women Founders Bonus) program, successfully launched in 2023 as part of the Chancenfonds (Opportunity Fund), will continue in 2024. GründerinnenBONUS (Women Founders Bonus) A financial contribution is granted to companies made up predominantly of women founders and women shareholders who have taken the step into entrepreneurial self-employment. Women should be visible and show an active presence in the company. The bonus amounts to a one-time payment of 10,000 euros per company.
