State supervision - Submitting a complaint about the Handwerkskammer Berlin (Chamber of Trades)

Should the Handwerkskammer Berlin (HwK Berlin) [Chamber of Skilled Crafts Berlin] fail to comply with applicable law, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you can file a complaint with the Rechtsaufsicht (legal supervisory authority). The Rechtsaufsicht is part of the Staatsaufsicht (state supervision) and examines matters relating to the Handwerkskammer Berlin. This is then sent back to the Staatsaufsicht. • You will receive a final notification from the Staatsaufsicht regarding your complaint.
