Measures for developing foreign markets - apply for funding for joint projects

• Representation of a business-related institution based in Berlin You are a representative of a business-related institution (chambers, associations and industry networks) based in the State of Berlin that wishes to carry out the projects named above. • Timing of the application The measure must not have started before the application is submitted (receipt of the application by Investitionsbank Berlin). The start of the project is defined as the conclusion of a contract for the supply of goods and services. • Exception: Registering for a trade fair or event, a contract concluded for this purpose, and/or related payments made before the application is submitted do not affect eligibility for funding and are generally eligible. • Landesmesseplan (state trade fair plan) • Applications for funding for measures included in the Landesmesseplan should be submitted no later than twelve weeks after the Landesmesseplan is published. • Applications for funding for measures not included in the Landesmesseplan should be submitted no later than six weeks before the measure begins. • Kumulierungsverbot (ban on combining funding) Funding is not permitted if other public grants are being used for the same funding purpose.

Alternatively, you can print out the fully completed and legally binding signed application form and send it together with all attachments by post to the IBB. • Overall concept A substantive overall concept for the measure, including a detailed description of the individual measures and their objectives • Justification of the application A justification of the application with regard to the State of Berlin's particular overall economic interest, except for measures listed in the Landesmesseplan (Land trade fair plan) • Detailed expenditure, financing and timetable plan • Self-presentation of the applicant institution • Current register extract from the commercial, cooperative, foundation or association register, or, in the case of a business start-up, a copy of the register application if applicable • Signature specimen sheet • Identity card or passport with Meldebescheinigung (registration certificate) Copy of the identity card (front and back) or passport with Meldebescheinigung (registration certificate) for all persons listed on the signature specimen sheet • PEP declaration Attachment: "Politically Exposed Person" (PEP) declaration for all beneficial owners • Declaration pursuant to § 3 (1) Leistungsgewährungsverordnung (LGV, Benefit Granting Ordinance), if applicable The declaration pursuant to § 3 (1) Leistungsgewährungsverordnung (LGV) must be enclosed for grants of EUR 25,000 or more (only the share of Land funding being relevant) and for grant recipients with more than 10 employees. • If there is no entitlement to deduct input tax: proof of this from the tax office
